I love making something special out of ordinary everyday items.

I used black cloth napkins and made them into a “bow tie.’

Then I added a small clock face onto the napkin rings, instant perfect black tie for New Years Eve.

I fine the most interesting stuff at such great prices.

For this New Years tablescape, I used vintage clock faces, alarm clocks and pocket watches.

I also used vintage silver ice buckets and candlesticks.
