Delicious Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte Recipe for Fall
I am so glad that you are here. I always enjoy our time together. Don’t you just love Fall? It is my all time favorite season. I love everything about Fall and all that comes with it, cooler weather, sweaters, boots, leaves and especially pumpkin spice. I know, not all of you love it as much as I do, but if you do, I sure have a treat for you. I am sharing my recipe for Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte. It is homemade goodness, dairy free and oh, so delicious.
This recipe can be made with non dairy milk or cows milk, whatever you prefer. I am dairy free, so for this recipe I am going to use coconut milk. Come on, I’ll show you.

Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte
- 2 c. Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
- 2-4 T. Pumpkin Puree
- 1-3 T. Honey
- 1 T. Vanilla
- 1/2 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 c. Chai Tea, brewed strongly
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Brew chai tea and let sit, you want the tea to be strong.
- In a medium pan, add coconut milk, pumpkin puree, honey, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Heat until hot, but don’t boil.
- Divide the pumpkin mixture between two mugs.
- Fill each mug with hot tea.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
