You will need: (beings some of the items that I used are vintage-I’m linking to similar items) woven table runner, silver tray, boxwood wreath, command hook, vintage looking books, footed silver compote, pheasant feathers, small white pumpkins, fall maple leaves, demijohn, pomegranate branches, small cast iron urns, faux ferns, large cast iron urns, topiaries.

Creating A Fall Vignette with Elegant Vintage Silver & Pheasant Feathers

One thing that I love about the Pinterest Challenge, it that it does just that-it challenges me to try to try new things.

I love the inspirations that we recreate for these projects.

I try to shop my house for the items for these vignettes without having to buy anything for them.

I loved the golden urn with the Fall berries in it-I used a vintage demijohn and some pomegranate branches-because that was what I had.

I really like how it looks in front of the vintage tarnished tray with the boxwood wreath that I have on the wall all year long.

I also use the same table runner and urns with the topiaries on the sideboard all year long.

I love that adding a few new details changes the whole look.

I have a great collection of vintage books that I have picked up from antique stores and vintage marketplaces over the years.

They are a fun addition to vignettes for every season and they add so much character and charm.

My favorite part of this vignette is the open book with the pumpkin and pheasant feathers on it-straight from the inspiration photo.

Pheasant feathers are a favorite to decorate with, especially during the Fall and Winter months.

It’s still abit early for pumpkins here still-so I used some small white ceramic pumpkins.

I tucked some faux maple branches around the vignette to add in that gorgeous Fall color.
