Looking for a fun and beautiful way to feed a crowd? I have a quick and easy way to serve everyone what they like, a Charcuterie Table.
Hey Friends!
Welcome! I am so glad that you are here. I always enjoy our time together. I love entertaining. It’s one of my favorite things to do. I love having people over and making them feel loved and welcome. One way that I love on people is with food, good food. With so many food sensitivities these days, feeding a crowd can be really hard, that’s why I love Charcuterie Boards so much. But, what if you are feeding a crowd? How to you give everyone something amazing to savor? Today, I am showing you a How to Create a Beautiful Charcuterie Table. Come on, I’ll show you.

One of my favorite things to do is to entertain family and friends. I especially love to feed a crowd, weird, I know. But, the more the merrier at our farm. We recently had a beautiful wedding on our farm. The family had invited 70 guests. They had several family members that were gluten free and dairy free. It can be really had to feed a crowd, but when you are dealing with food sensitivities, it makes it so much harder. A Charcuterie table is the perfect solution.
How to Create a Beautiful Charcuterie Table Looking for a fun and beautiful way to feed a crowd? I have a quick and easy way to serve everyone what they like.

I made three 12′ tables a while back, you can see how I made them here. These tables are so convenient. They are on castors and are easy to move around, as well. We decided that we would use one whole 12′ table to create a Charcuterie Table. Now, that’s the perfect way to easily feed a crowd for a wedding. We created a menu, then, we found the trays and dishes that we wanted to use. We set the table up the day before, and set out where each menu item was going to go. We labeled each dish to make it easier to remember the plan.

The next morning, we gathered in the kitchen to wash and prepare the fruits and veggies. We made roses out of salami slices to add a bit more elegance. We used kale, eucalyptus and parsley to make each platter look gorgeous and add a special touch to the simple menu.

Chicken Salad on Croissants has long been a household favorite of ours and the grooms family, so that was the centerpiece of the spread. You can see the Chicken Salad Recipe here. Our menu included the croissant sandwiches, summer sausage and salami, potato chips, breadsticks, an assortment of crackers-both regular and gluten free, an assortment of cheese, fresh fruit and veggies, dips and dried fruit and nuts.

We made sure to label items that weren’t obvious what they were, as well as the gluten free and dairy free items.

Oh my goodness! This makes my heart so happy. I absolutely LOVE how this turned out. None of the food items are fancy, just favorite snack foods of the bride and groom. You can make anything beautiful with a bit of fresh and faux greenery. This was such a hit with all of the guests.
