What Do I Need For A Seafood Boil in Oven?

I either line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with foil or I use a disposable foil baking dish and cover it with foil.

I lay the corn on the cob in first, then the new potatoes, onion, sausage, shrimp, old bay seasoning, melted butter and salt and pepper.

I cover it with heavy duty foil.

I either put it into the refrigerator until it’s time to bake it, or I pop it into the oven.

I bake it for one hour at 400 degrees.

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour
Course Main Course
Servings 6 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Shrimp, raw, devined
  • 2 lbs Kielbasa Sausage, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into quarters
  • 6 ears Corn on the Cob, broken in half
  • 1 lb Red Potatoes
  •  Old Bay Seasoning.
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a foil lined baking dish, I usually use two, add all ingredients.
  • Fold foil into a Package.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
  • Enjoy!
