- 1 c Blackberries
- 1 c Blueberries
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 c Mint, fresh
- 1/2 c Macadamia Nuts
- 1/2 c Feta, non dairy or regular
- 2 T Lemon or Lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 T Maple syrup
- 1/3 c Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Arrange salad ingredients on a large platter.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix all vinaigrette ingredients and mix well.
