How Do I Make a Make a Beautiful Heart Shaped Charcuterie Board?

This easy tutorial will show you how to make a charming and delicious heart shaped charcuterie board for your Valentine’s day celebration!
Step 1: Make Salami rose. I use a small glass to make my roses. I start by folding a single piece of salami over the rim of the glass. I do this all the way around the rim about two and a half to thee times.
Then, I press the salami around the rim, making sure that it is folded and that all of the pieces hold together.
Then, I put my hand over the salami, turn the cup over and I gently pull off the salami rose.
It’s that easy.

Step 2: Next, I make the prosciutto roses.
I fold a single slice of the prosciutto into thirds, the long way.
Then I start rolling up the prosciutto.
Once I have rolled a complete turn around the middle of the rosr, I twist the remaining length of prosciutto and continue to wrap it around.
Super cute, right?

Step 3: I made the Cupid’s Arrow by spray painting the dowel gold.
Then I cut out an arrow and a fletch (that’s the back end of the arrow)out of the gold craft paper.
Then, I just glue them onto the dowel. (I made this the day before, so that it would be dry and ready to use when I was ready to make the charcuterie board.)
I laid the cupid’s Arrow across the heart shaped charcuterie board.
