With the hopes of warm sunny weather right around the corner, I decided to create my St Patrick’s Day tablescape in the greenhouse and give it a vintage garden feel.

I shopped my home for all things green and headed out to the greenhouse.

I started by leaning a vintage leaded glass window pane in the window sill to give the tablescape more character.

I linked a new leaded glass window above.

I thought that using a moss table runner would make a great base for my St Patrick’s Day Tbalescpe, and I am so glad that I chose it.

Next, I gathered a large vintage urn with a faux fern in it and placed it along the right side of the table setting.

I used a vintage silver urn with white orchids for yet more character and the feel of a garden setting.

Along with a small vintage urn with faux rosemary and a super cute leprechauns hat vase filled with fresh flowers.

The leprochauns hat vase is made from scrapbook paper, black grosgrain ribbon and some gemstone strips from the dollar store.

Who doesn’t love the cabbage dishware collection from Bordallo Pinheiro?

I used my green cabbage charger plates, topped with the green cabbage dinner plates.

Then I topped it with the white cabbage salad plate.

I save any pices of faux greenery that has fallen off of a swag or arrangement, then I use them to tuck into place settings or vignettes.

Here I used sprigs of fern fronds on top of the white cabbage plates.

It breaks up the white salad plate and the vintage white linen cloth napkin.

I love the green and white striped ribbon tied around the napkin.

It really ties it all together.

On the left side of the tablescape, I used a vintage basket filled with faux geraniums and English Ivy.

I used another small vintage urn with a fern tuckedinto on a stack of vintage books.

I also tucked in a boxwood wreath to add a bit more green.

I also used some of my vintage green garden tools.

I like using several types of moss scattered around the tablescape.

Such a lovely backdrop for your St. Patrick’s day tablescape. The window is lovely. Love the green moss runner. A table with such a pretty plate stack always catches my eye. The green and white ribbon does add some balance to all of the green. Great vintage pieces. A pleasure hopping along with you.
