Delicious Pear and Pecan Salad
- 3 c Mixed Salad Greens,
- 1/4 c Dried Cranberries
- 1 Pear, diced. For extra flavor, grill the sliced pear.
- 1/4 c Goat Cheese
- 1/4 c Pecans
- 1/4 c Pomegranate, Arils
- 1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar,
- 1 T Dijon Mustard,
- 2 T Honey
- 3/4 c Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- In a beautiful salad bowl, add all salad ingredients and mix.
- Want to add protein? Add grilled steak, chicken or shrimp.
- In a pretty sauce pitcher, mix all vinaigrette ingredients and mix well.
