How to Make a Delicious Pear Burrata Salad-Quick and Easy

Hey Friends! I’m so glad that you are here. Don’t you just love a recipe that is fast, easy and oh, so, delicious? Me, too. Today, I am going to share a great recipe that is perfect for a brunch, a special event or just dinner at home. This Pear Burrata Salad is delicious and it only takes a few minutes to prepare.

Yum!

Doesn’t this look delicious? It’s pretty enough for a special occasion, but my husband and I enjoy this on a quiet evening at home. It literally takes ten minutes to make. Grill some fish or chicken and pair it with this salad and it’s a healthy and delicious dinner in no time.

The ingredients for Pear Burrata Salad.

This recipe has just a few ingredients Bartlett Pears, Burrata Cheese (you can find this in the deli section of your grocery store) honey and almonds.

What is Burrata? Burrata resembles a Fresh Mozzarella ball, but when split open, you will be delighted to discover a rich-tasting soft filling of fresh Mozzarella soaked in heavy cream. This cheese offers a sweet, milky flavor that gently fills the palate. It is absolutely delicious!

Check out this lovely Concord New Farmhouse it is stunning. On land that played a role in the American Revolution and was once owned by Ralph Waldo Emerson, this new home blends eighteenth-century history and twenty-first-century living. It takes as inspiration the three-hundred-year-old homesteads surrounding it, conceived to look as if it was expanded over time and then restored.
