You will need 6 eggs, 1 c. Flour, 1 c milk, dash of salt, 1 t vanilla, 5 T butter. I’m gluten free, so I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour. I tried using a new gluten free flour and I didn’t like it at all. I will not try another gluten free flour from now on. Bob’s Red Mill does the best for baking. Although the dutch baby won’t rise quite as high with the gluten free flour, but it still tastes wonderful.
