This week, we’re sharing a recipe for delicious glazed cranberry squares that are perfect for your holiday feast.
These treats are easy to make and will wow your guests!
Let’s get started!
What do I need to Make Delicious Glazed Cranberry Squares ?

In the mood for something festive?
These cranberry squares are the perfect dessert for your next holiday gathering!
They’re easy to make, and everyone will love the sweet and tart flavor.
Hope you enjoy!
You will need 3 eggs, 2 cups sugar, 3/4 cup butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups all-purpose flour and 12 oz fresh cranberries.
If you are gluten free and dairy free like I am, just switch out the butter for non dairy butter, and switch out the flour for gluten free flour.
My favorite gluten free flour is Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free One to One Flour.
It’s by far the best gluten free flour.
You can get it here.
How to Make Delicious Glazed Cranberry Squares?

With a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until slightly thickened and light in color, about 5-7 minutes.
This step is so much easier with a stand mixer instead of a hand mixer.
Get a stand mixer here.
The mixture should almost double in size.
This step is super important, don’t skip it.

Add the butter and vanilla; mix two more minutes.
Stir in the flour until just combined.
Add the cranberries and stir to mix thoroughly.

Spread in a buttered 9×13 pan.
I love this 9 x 13 pan.
Bake for 40-50 minutes

After the cake has cooled, mix the powdered sugar and water.
Drizzle over the cake.
That’s it!
Just a few simple ingredients and you’ve got yourself a delicious, Christmassy treat that everyone will love.
So what are you waiting for?
