Here’s an easy-to-follow recipe for delicious honey garlic butter shrimp and zucchini that is healthy enough for a busy weeknight dinner or pretty enough for company.
Step 1: Using a cutting board and sharp knife, slice and chop the zucchini and broccoli.

Step 2: In a large frying pan, add olive oil and vegetables. Saute until crisp tender.
Remove from pan and set aside.

Toss and marinate for 30 minutes. Whisk in the cornstarch to the reserved marinade and set aside.

How to Make Delicious Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp and Zucchini
Ingredients
- 1/2 c Honey
- 1 t Ginger paste
- 2 T Minced Garlic
- 1/4 t Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 t Cornstarch
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
- 2 T Butter
- 2 c Zucchini
- 2 c Broccoli, chopped
- 1 T Olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl add the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, red pepper, and mix until combined.
- Place the peeled and deveined shrimp into a bowl and add 1/3 of the sauce. Toss and marinate for 30 minutes. Whisk in the cornstarch to the reserved marinade and set aside.
- Heat a skillet (I use cast iron) or wok on high heat, add olive oil and broccoli, salt and pepper and cook 5-6 minutes just until soft. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add the butter to the skillet and add shrimp discarding any marinade. Cook until the shrimp turns pink about 2 minutes on each side.
- Add in the reserved sauce and bring to a simmer. Add in the broccoli and toss until heated through.
- Serve with white rice or pasta. Garnish with green onions if desired.
- Enjoy!
