How to Make Delicious St. Patrick’s Day Parfaits

Start by making the pudding.
I used Instant Pistachio Pudding.
I wanted it to be fast and easy.
Thane grandkids were coming in the soon and I wanted the parfaits to be ready.
I made the pudding according to the box manufacturers instructs.
Then, I put it in the refrigerator to chill for a bit.

While the pudding was chilling, I crushed the Nilla wafers.
I put a few cookies in a ziploc bag and crushed them with a rolling pin.

I added crushed Nilla wafers to the bottom of the mason jar, then, I added pudding, then, whipped cream.
Then I repeated this process again.
I sprinkled on some green sprinkles.
And topped it with a gold chocolate coin.
Enjoy!

Get ready to amaze your friends and family with these easy-to-make, one-of-a-kind parfaits!
