They’re simple and easy to make, and they can be adapted to fit any style or holiday.

Follow these simple steps to create your own pouches.
This easy craft project makes a perfect gift, or can be used to dress up your table decor.
What do I need to make a silverware pouch?

These easy silverware pouches couldn’t be easier to make.
And, they only take a couple of items to make them.
You will need 2 1/2″ wide burlap ribbon, thread and the ribbon of your choice.
I love gingham, so I chose this pretty tan and white gingham check ribbon.
How do I make a silverware pouch?

Step 1: Measure and cut your burlap ribbon. I cut mine at 12 inches.

Step 2: Fold down the end edges to create a “cuff”. Then pin it.

Step 3: Then fold it in half and pin it.

Step 4: Press it flat. Now it is ready to sew.

Step 5: Sew the sides.
I always reinforce the seams by going back and forth at the ends.
This will make your pouches much more durable.

Step 6: Then just add your ribbon.
It’s that easy!
I love how they turned out.
