I used my favorite vintage charcuterie board-it’s huge, and so perfect for a big spread.

I started by putting a plate of lettuce in the center and built out from there.

Next, were the meats.

I choose chicken and hamburger for my taco charcuterie board.

I added the crunchy taco shells and tortilla chips around the meats.

Then I added the salsa, peach salsa, sour cream, cheese, onions, tomatoes, olives and guacamole on the other side of the meats.

Finally, fresh cilantro around the board.

Fresh herbs always bring life to the charcuterie boards.

They are the perfect finishing touch.
