One of my favorite things to do is to set an elegant Table. I love setting a table with a spring/Easter theme. For the centerpiece, I laid out a moss mat runner, then I added a set of sheep (here is one option, and this one) in the center of the table. I set several crystal candlesticks around the centerpiece.

Sometimes, I believe that more is definitely more. I love adding beautiful layers to a table place setting. I used my Green Cabbage Chargers as the base. Then I added a vintage pink floral rimmed dinner plate and a green floral rimmed salad plate. I topped it off with pink and white buffalo check cloth napkins and the cutest bird’s nest napkin rings. See how to make the napkin rings, here. I used elegant clear glass wine goblets and pretty pink water goblets.

I added several different sizes of cloches with bird’s nests inside. I also set small bird’s nests with eggs and the sweetest tiny bouquets of tulips around the tablescape.

And, my favorite thing that I added was a crown of thorns that I brought back from a trip to The Holy Land.

Beautiful interiors don’t have to come with an outrageous price tag. My style is what I like to call Vintage French Farmhouse, I love mixing decorating styles, especially opposites like the glitz of a chandelier dripping in crystals with a chair upholstered in worn aged leather. Refined, yet not too formal-but, livable, elegant traditional design, adding warmth and vintage elements.
