Clean eating is not a diet. Most diets don't work. We have all been on diets that are incredibly restrictive and starved ourselves. Yes, we lost weight for a while, but it certainly wasn't a way of eating that was sustainable. As soon as we got off of the diet, we would gain all of the weight back and sometimes gained even more weight. Eating clean food is totally sustainable. It is a way of eating that you will want to continue for a lifetime. This cookbook is filled with recipes using whole, nutrient-dense foods that are Paleo and Gluten Free(If you use coconut aminos in the recipes that call for soy sauce.) The recipes have easy to follow instructions and are not labor intensive. If I can do this, so can you.
