Hi, Rena,
I have 20 lbs of large Peaches and wanted to make cobblers to use them up as fast as I can before they rot. I live alone and always start the day with fruit. But 20 pounds of peaches probably won't last till I have eaten them all. I had a hard time finding a recipe for Peache Cobbler. So in my cookbooks, there are always Blackberry cobblers, so I thought I'd just use peaches instead of Blackberries. Until I came across your Blackberry cobbler on Food Talk and when I got to the end of that it showed other recipes of yours and the second one was Peach Cobbler. I was amazed at how different the two recipes differed. I think I want your cookbook. I live in northern Oregon and have had all my life. There are 2 kinds of Blackberries, Himalaya, and Evergreen. Evergreens are close to the ground. I live in an RV in the middle of a 10-acre Blueberry and Blackberry fields. The Blackberries are wild. You can't get more organic than that.
Thanks for the option.
