 Oh my goodness! This is one of my all time favorites and it didn’t last long after the photos were taken. I love this easy and delicious family favorite. I always thought that I hated potato salad. My mom always made a huge Tupperware bowl of old fashioned potato salad all summer long. She put pickles and onions in it. I definitely don’t like pickles and onions in my potato salad. How do you make potato salad taste better? There are no rules, you can make it however you want to. I try to limit my carbs, so I came up with this easy and delicious sweet potato salad, it’s even better than the traditional potato salad. Yep, you read that right. I use golden sweet potatoes in my potato salad recipe.

I love shopping on Facebook Marketplace. Don’t you? I find some of the best stuff for great prices. Recently I found two matching nightstands that had great detail on them for only $50.
