– 1/3 c Butter, unsalted – 1 c Sugar – 1 t Vanilla extract – 2 Eggs – 1 1/2 c One to One Gluten Free Flour – 1 t Baking Powder – 1/2 t Salt – 3/4 c Non Dairy Milk – 12 ounces Fresh or Frozen Cranberries – 1/2 c Powdered Sugar – 1 T Water, add more as needed.
Then add vanilla and eggs until completely combined.
In a separate bowl, add all dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries.
Put the batter into a loaf pan and sprinkle on some sugar. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
Make sure not to add too much water to the glaze.As the cake cools, mix the powdered sugar and water for the glaze. After the cake cools, drizzle the glaze onto the cranberry bread.
