How to Make Easy and Delicious Chicken Piccata

Chicken breast, Garlic powder, flour or gluten-free flour, olive oil, dry white wine, chicken broth, a lemon, capers, and parsley.

Zest the lemon.  Squeeze lemon juice.  Chop parsley.

Add olive oil and butter (or non-dairy butter) in a large pan over medium high heat.

Add to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.  Remove from pan.
