1. In a mixing bowl, add the fruit, arrowroot powder, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla and butter.
2. Roll out the crust and add the fruit mixture in the center of the crust.
3. Brush an egg wash over the crust and sprinkle with sugar.
4. Bake for 45 minutes, checking regularly, as cooking time will vary.
