You will need: fresh blueberries, fresh raspberries, fresh blackberries, eggs, Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pie Crust Mix, cinnamon, butter, vanilla, lemon juice, sugar and arrowroot powder.

1. In a mixing bowl, add the fruit, arrowroot powder, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla and butter.

2. Roll out the crust and add the fruit mixture in the center of the crust.

4. Bake for 45 minutes, checking regularly, as cooking time will vary.
