– 1 pkg puff pastry – 1 c Jam – 2 eggs, beaten – 1 c Powdered sugar – 1 T water
2. Add jam to every other rectangle. Be sure to keep the jam in the middle of the rectangle, so that it doesn't squeeze out.
3. Line the edges of all filled rectangles with egg wash. Top the filled rectangle with a plain rectangle. Pinch the edges to seal the popover.
4. Brush the tops with egg wash. Bake according to package directions. Drizzle glaze on cooled popovers.
