How to Make Refreshing Fresh Mint Iced Tea

Grab your basket and nippers and gather your fresh mint from the garden. 

Now that you have your fresh mint, get some white sugar and a double boiler ready.

Add two quarts of water and your fresh mint leaves to a double boiler.  After the water boils, let the leaves steep.

Remove the leaves and add the sugar.  Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Let cool and serve over ice. Enjoy!
