Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 ib. Chicken Tenders
  • 1/4 c Gluten free flour
  • 1 T Badia complete seasoning
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 4 T Olive Oil
  • 2 T Water
  • 2 c Chicken broth
  • 2 Lemons, juiced
  • 2 T Butter

Instructions
 

  • Add 1/2 c GF flour, Badia complete seasoning and salt and pepper into a shallow dish.
    In another shallow dish, add 2 eggs and some water. beat together.
    You will dip the chicken in the flour mixture, then the egg wash and the flour again.
    Reserve any leftover flour mixture, as you will use it to thicken the sauce.
  • In a large frying pan, add the olive oil.
    When hot, add the chicken, making sure not to over crowd the pan.
    You may have to do multiple batches.
  • After the chicken is browned on each side, remove it from the pan and put it in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
    In the same frying pan, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, butter and salt and pepper-cook until thickened.
  • Pour sauce over chicken, bake at 350 for 30 mins.
