A delicious sweet corn side dish that is easy to make, yet fancy enough for company. This recipe will become a staple in your family's mealtime routine!
This is a great recipe for sweet corn cake. The best part about it? It's easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c Non dairy Butter
  • 2 15 oz cans Corn, blended-if you like dairy, use creamed corn
  • 1 pkg. Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Corn Bread Mix
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c Non dairy Milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix ingredients.
  • Pour into buttered baking dish.
  • Bake 40-45 minutes.
  • The top will be golden brown, the inside will be soft.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to serve.
  • Enjoy!
